The Symes Hotel is a registered historic landmark; therefore, there is no smoking in the rooms.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
48 hour cancellation policy: if you check in and then leave there is no refund.
The late checkout fee is $20 per hour. No Exceptions!
Once you have checked out, you will need to purchase a day use pass to continue using the pool.
Dog policy is $10.00 per night per dog. NO puppies or incontinent dogs.
